Report or block someone

Every post, comment, message and profile has a ••• menu with Report and Block. Blocking hides that player's content from you straight away. Moderators review reports, usually within 24 hours.

Your account

Change your name, username, photo or password in the app under Settings (the gear on the Feed). To delete your account and its data, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.

Plans and purchases

During the beta, every plan and credit pack is free. Once Straddle is on the App Store, subscriptions are billed by Apple: manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings, and use Restore purchases in Settings → Plans if a purchase doesn't show up.
